Booked our cruise originally to the Eastern Caribbean. Our cruise was changed to the Western Caribbean due to the hurricanes and we had to change excursions etc... It was hard at the last minute especially for first time cruisers, but Bruce followed thru with us and even had our last minute excursion tickets sent to our hotel in Florida so we had them before the cruise. Thank you for the follow through of service. That was not easy when you have so many people to juggle around. We appreciated your service.
